www.CatholicMoms.com - The Catholic Moms web site is published by a stay-at-home mother of six in order to give all moms a place to reflect and refresh, meet other Catholic mothers and learn more about the Catholic Faith. To this end, it features a number of forums on related topics, a cookbook and recipe exchange, a section of nice Saints E-cards, and a brief news section. This is a very nicely designed site, and a good place for mothers to go for support and fellowship.
"Mankind's future rests in, and depends upon, the family more than any other society, institution, or environment. " -Pope John Paul II Visit this site for help with your Marriage, kids, family life, or just ordinary difficulties. It has material for kids and links for parents. It has good resources also.
Catholic Parents Online has as its mission "to build a network of faithful, dynamic, and informed parents, students, and alumni, committed to working with Catholic schools and other programs of education to ensure the authentic teaching and protection of the Catholic Faith." They are truly devoted to the Magisterium of the Catholic Church, the Pope and the Bishops in union with him. They also recognize parents' role as the primary educators of their children. We can't recommend this site enough. Every parent of school-aged children needs to be informed about which catechetical series are faithfully presenting the teachings of the Church and which ones are deficient. This site does an excellent job in pointing out good catechetical resources as well as exposing the ones to be avoided.
